​Use of Image and Likeness Policy

Introduction

Welcome to Beyond Choir Limited. We are dedicated to fostering a vibrant and inclusive community through our various activities and events. To capture and share the joy, passion, and talent within our community, we often record and photograph these moments. This policy outlines the use of images and likenesses of individuals who participate in activities hosted by, organized, and/or associated with Beyond Choir Limited.

Policy Statement

By participating in any activities hosted by, organized, and/or associated with Beyond Choir Limited, you consent to the following terms regarding the use of your image and likeness:

  1. Recording and Photography: Beyond Choir Limited reserves the right to record (audio and video) and photograph any and all activities, events, and performances. This includes but is not limited to rehearsals, workshops, concerts, and social events.

  2.  Usage Rights: Beyond Choir Limited may use these recordings and photographs for various purposes, including but not limited to:

    • Marketing and promotional materials (brochures, flyers, posters, etc.)   

    •  Social media content (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)   

    • Website content 

    •  Press releases and media coverage - Archival purposes

  3. No Compensation: Participants will not be entitled to any compensation for the use of their image or likeness in the recordings and photographs taken by Beyond Choir Limited.

  4. Right to Withdraw Consent: If a participant wishes to withdraw their consent for the use of their image and likeness, they must notify Beyond Choir Limited in writing. Upon receipt of such a request, Beyond Choir Limited will make reasonable efforts to discontinue the use of the participant’s image and likeness in future materials. However, this will not apply to materials already in circulation.

  5. Minors: For participants under the age of 18, consent must be provided by a parent or guardian. Beyond Choir Limited will take additional steps to ensure the protection and privacy of minors in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

  6. Respect and Privacy: Beyond Choir Limited is committed to respecting the privacy and dignity of all participants. We will not use images or recordings in a manner that is defamatory, misleading, or otherwise harmful to the individuals involved.

 

Acceptance of Terms

By participating in activities hosted by, organized, and/or associated with Beyond Choir Limited, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Use of Image and Likeness Policy.
