Kelli Falls
MM Conducting
Ms. Kelli Falls is a sought-after conductor, clinician and consultant across the state. Kelli earned two undergraduate degrees (Music Education K-12 and Elementary Education with minors in Math and Science) from Western Michigan University and a Master’s Degree in Choral Conducting from Michigan State University.
Currently, she teaches at Parker Middle School in Howell, Michigan. In addition to teaching vocal music, Kelli has been teaching a Teen Leadership class through the Capturing Kids’ Hearts program. Knowing the importance of training high-quality music teachers, Mrs. Falls has mentored over twenty-five student teachers and taught middle school choral methods courses at Western Michigan University as well as leading workshops for other state universities. She is involved in the success of many school and community programs. Kelli has also performed the roles of director, music director and choreographer for twenty full-scale musicals at the middle school level. Most audience members leave the performances commenting on how amazing the shows are; they can’t believe that middle school kids could put on such professional productions!
