Aaron Kempa is a skilled Event Coordinator with a proven track record of delivering outstanding results in both the private and non-profit sectors. He is the founder and owner of Kempa Media Group LLC, primarily working as a consulting firm for performance-focused organizations and individual artists in the private sector. Since 2016, Mr. Kempa has been extensively involved in large-scale event planning at Eastern Michigan University, the University of Michigan, and The Ohio State University. 

In 2019, Kempa earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Arts & Entertainment Management from Eastern Michigan University, and in 2020, he became a Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP).

Aaron was appointed to the role of inaugural Executive Director of Beyond Choir in 2022 and volunteers his spare time to the advancement of the organization. Mr. Kempa currently serves as the Conference Center Operations Coordinator at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, OH.
